I love seeing people in all their facets, because I am firmly convinced that each person lives their own truth. For me, there are no simple black-and-white answers, only countless nuances in between. That is exactly what makes the diversity of people's perspectives so fascinating to me.
I have worked as a project manager, sales and leadership professional, headhunter, and as a member of the management team in various industries both in Switzerland and abroad. For over 20 years, I have been active in HR consulting – whether as an individual and group assessor, individual and team coach, or as a mediator.

I realised early on that supporting people through phases of change is something I truly enjoy. Today, I live out this calling every day with great passion and conviction. I take pleasure in creating clarity through a targeted shift in perspective and in helping people to better understand themselves and others in order to develop sustainable solutions.

For many years, I have been passionately active in the Swiss market as the founder and managing director of my renowned company – as a coach, leader, and visionary. Previously, I was part of the Human Resources management team at one of the largest Swiss life insurers, where I was involved, among other things, in the development of the internal outplacement process.

I have a passion for bringing people together and supporting them in unlocking their potential. Sometimes we speak the same language, use the same terms, and yet mean completely different things. My goal is to shed light on such situations – as the first step towards resolution and true mutual understanding.
I have many years of experience in project management, facilitating workshops, as well as coaching and leading teams. In more than 15 years in the financial industry, at a large audit and consulting firm, and in a global technology corporation, I have worked with national and international clients across various industries. I am accustomed to quickly grasping complex issues and developing sustainable solutions.

GURLI KORNER-SUTER

Where people meet, things start to move – and that’s exactly where I like to be: in the heart of the action, shaping, advising, and facilitating processes. As a lawyer, I’ve learned to listen attentively, ask the right questions, and mediate effectively.
In my previous role in public administration, I focused in particular on leading negotiations and finding workable solutions for infrastructure projects.
Since 2018, I’ve been working at a competence center for family matters in Central Switzerland, supporting individuals in resolving family and professional issues. My goal is to create clarity for all parties involved and to work together to enable positive, lasting change.
